Aromatherapy & Aroma Herbalism

These workshops offer a holistic healing approach to aromatic herbalism and cover the principles and therapeutics of aromatherapy and essential oil use. We will delve into smell physiol- ogy and essential oil chemistry, and how to use that information to treat emotional and physical conditions. These courses will focus on both the lore and science of essential oils and related physiology, including skincare science, differences among species & chemotypes, and designing and making your own aromatic products and medicines.
Upon completion of third weekend, you will be presented with an Aromatherapy Certificate proving you have met the requirements established by the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy for their Professional Aromatherapy training, Level 1.
Cost: $550 paid in advance, or $200 per weekend
Level I: April 13 & 14, 2013, 10am-5pm
Level II: June 8 & 9, 2013, 10am- 5pm
Level III: July 13 & 14, 2013, 10am-5pm
