Come learn to make seasonal brews. Herbs have been used through out the ages in brewing for their bitter flavors and medicinal properties. In this workshop we will press out and bottle our Winter Wheat brew and begin the brewing process for our Spring ale tonic. A prefect class for the beer novice. This inspiring class will teach you to craft your own unique “barely pop” with an herbal flare.
